No Exchange or Return Policy

All purchases in the MASS-VOLL! shop are binding and final. Exchanges, returns and refunds are excluded. Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases – please check your order carefully (size, language, quantity) before completing it.

Warranty for defects is excluded to the extent permitted by law; Art. 199 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (defects fraudulently concealed) remains reserved. The condition of the goods upon handover to the shipping provider is decisive; upon handover, benefit and risk pass to the buyer (Art. 185 Swiss Code of Obligations).

Please report obvious incorrect deliveries (wrong product delivered) within 5 days to shop@massvoll.swiss – we will resolve such cases individually.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
